Aliso Viejo Home sales report for October 2011

According to the Aliso Viejo home sales report for October, there were 55 homes sold in Aliso Viejo in the month of October. Compared to October 2010 where there were only 45 homes sold in Aliso Viejo. The average time an Aliso Viejo home was on the market that was sold during the month of October 2011 was approximately 104 days. 
 

Nine of thes Aliso Viejo homes sold in October were purchased by cash buyers.  There was 1 AITD, 33 conventional loans, 8 FHA, 2 VA, and 2 had no financing reported.

A four bedroom residential detached home in Aliso Viejo sold for an average of $687,500, while a 3 bedroom detached homes in Aliso Viejo sold for an average of $544,500 in October.  There were 34 attached residential Aliso Viejo homes sold in October for an average selling price of $309,000.
